1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern free access to Imperra Terra on the Project 1789 website. They apply to playing the game in a web browser. They do not replace our privacy notice.

2. Access to the game

The game is currently free, with no advertising or in-app purchases. Availability depends on your browser and internet connection. Maintenance and interruptions may occur.

3. Permitted use

You may play for personal use. Do not intentionally disrupt the service, exploit security vulnerabilities, obtain unauthorized access to systems, or redistribute protected game files or content without permission. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

4. Save data and availability

Game progress may be stored locally on your device in browser storage. Clearing browser data, switching devices or using private browsing may remove your saves. Online accounts and cloud save syncing are not currently available.

5. Personal information

Accepting these terms is not consent to advertising cookies or optional data collection. Essential site preferences, hosting technical data, and local saves are explained in the privacy notice. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregate site traffic measurements, as described in the privacy notice.

If optional tracking that requires consent is introduced, you will be able to accept or reject it separately without having to agree in order to play.

6. Content and liability

Original website and game materials are protected by intellectual property rules. The game is provided as available, subject to any mandatory legal guarantees and liabilities. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or user rights.

7. Changes and contact
